Terms & Conditions — 99fe Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the 99fe online entertainment platform, accessible at https://99fe.cam ("the Platform", "the Website"). The Platform is operated by the 99fe team ("Operator", "We", "Us", "Our").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or otherwise using any feature or service of the Platform, you ("User", "You", "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies incorporated by reference — including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

5.2 Technical Requirements

Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may affect access. The Operator accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical downtime or connectivity failures beyond its reasonable control.

5.3 Bets and Wagers

Once a bet or wager is confirmed on the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed except in cases of manifest error. The Platform displays odds in PKR-equivalent value for Pakistani users. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.

5.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during game play — including server disconnection, software error or data corruption — the Operator reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return staked funds to the User's account balance. Winnings generated as a result of a confirmed technical error may be voided.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Operator accepts no liability for failed deposits arising from issues with the User's selected payment provider. 6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met; (c) account standing — accounts under review may experience temporary processing delays; and (d) minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds applicable to the chosen method.

6.3 Currency

8.1 Required Documents

• Allowing or facilitating a minor to access or use your account.

All content on the 99fe Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, graphics, text, software code, game content, layout and interface — is the property of the Operator or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from the Operator.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to the Operator by users may be used by the Operator for Platform improvement without any obligation to compensate the submitting user.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13.1 Termination by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Before closing your account, any real money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to completion of KYC requirements. Any forfeitable bonus balances will be voided upon closure.

13.2 Termination by the Operator

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; (c) regulatory or legal requirements necessitate action; or (d) the User poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Where an account is terminated due to confirmed fraud, bonus abuse or Terms violation, the Operator may withhold balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to user fault, real money balances will be returned.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered and licensed to operate, as applicable. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under local law.
